I took my car here today for a problem that my car just started having. They listened to my description of the problem, asked for my keys, and immediately ran a diagnostic. No fuss, no hemming and hawwing about it taking all day. Turns out I just need a software update. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very kind and efficient service. I'll be taking any car problems to them from now on!

Well, they replaced my serpentine belts. But it cost me over $400. I was told by others that this place took advantage of me & price gouged me. Will not be returning.. Update: the owner called me from two different numbers to dispute my negative review. Horrible people skills. Kept interrupting me after asking me questions, yelled at me & accused me of lying. I specifically remember being told my price was $435, but they did only charge me $240 & I took accountability for *my* end of that miscommunication, but whoever called me did not. After reading through previous reviews, I see this is a pattern for them.

Just jaw dropped by the treatment, belittling, and culture of this shop. I wanted to spend my money in the community I live in and the way the front desk person is running this place, made me go elsewhere. The owner needs to realize he is running a mechanic shop not a franchise. Cater to your community and not your pockets. Greed will get you nowhere. Understand your market. Don’t be arrogant.

I recently had my car serviced here and couldn't be more satisfied. The pricing was very reasonable, and the team was incredibly professional. They managed to have my car up and running the same day, which was a pleasant surprise. I had my AC compressor replaced, and it's working perfectly now. I will definitely be returning for any future auto repairs. Highly recommend!

These guys are life savers! I exited the 40fwy I was run off the road in Oklahoma City off rte66 near the Valliance Bank and the OnCue on NorthWest Expy road. After being towed to the Firestone on 23rd across from the Walmart Neighborhood Market where I spent the night til morning. Firestone denied me service saying it could probably be done but not til like Thursday Friday, when today is Friday. So nothing will happen for a week. Well luckily Iade some calls and low and behold, right down the street was a energetic gentleman on the phone saying Sure Thing right away I can fix it like Magic!!! He sent a tow truck that got my car from Firestone over to the shop. What started off as broken or bent tie rods turned out to be a bent control arm. The gentleman got to work and I left to go get a new rim and 2 tires. By the time I got back with the tires he was Done! They lifted my car with a forklift and fixed it expeditiously in the sun on a hot day. I was impressed at the way this gentleman moved around multitasking like 5-6 repairs are once. When they were done the job was completed and the cost hurt as any cost does, but didn't break the bank for how important the job actually was. I
